Plaintiff, William Stam, an infant, by his _ guardian, Evert Neuteboom, brought this action for the recovery of damages resulting from injuries received while in the employ of defendant at its packing plant in Ogden City, Utah. The defendant was engaged in the business of slaughtering animals and packing, dressing, and manufacturing meats, sausages, etc., derived wholly or in part from sheep, hogs, beeves, or other animals.
