Before the court is Plaintiff Arma Jean Harris’ (“Plaintiff’) motion to remand (Doc. No. 6), which is opposed by Defendant Beaulieu Group, LLC’s (“Defendant” or “Beaulieu”). (Doc. No. 9.) Also before the court is Defendant’s motion to dismiss. (Doc. No. 4.)
