WILKINS, Justice:

T1 We have been asked to determine whether the district court erred in denying Lorinda Lue Applegate's motion to suppress evidence discovered during a traffic stop. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

{ 2 In October 2006, Officer Shaun Hansen spotted Lorinda Lue Applegate in Moab, Utah, driving a vehicle with Colorado license plates. Officer Hansen had seen Applegate driving this particular vehicle exclusively for five months and believed that Applegate was the owner.
