Defendant appeals as of right from his convictions by a jury of one count of delivery of marijuana, MCL 333.7401(2)(d)(iii), one count of possession with the intent to deliver marijuana, MCL 333.7401(2)(d)(iii), and four counts of carrying or possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony (felony-firearm), MCL 750.227b. The trial court sentenced defendant to concurrent terms of four to eight years in prison for the conviction of delivery of marijuana and the conviction of possession with the intent to deliver marijuana.
