OPINION

SUTIN, Judge.

A jury found Defendant Richard Schaublin guilty of one count of child solicitation by electronic communication device (and appearing for a meeting with) a child between thirteen and sixteen years of age, contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 30-37-3.2(A), (C)(1) (2007). The district court entered a judgment and sentence consistent with the jury’s verdict, from which Defendant now appeals.
