McLaughlin, J., at suppression hearing, jury trial and sentencing), rendered May 23, 2012, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts) and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to an aggregate term of 12 years, unanimously reversed, on the law, the motion to suppress granted, and the indictment dismissed.
