Plaintiff Robert Orchano appeals from so much of a supplemental judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Alfred V. Covello, Judge, as ordered defendant Bank of New Haven (the “Bank”) to pay him only $6,000 in attorneys’ fees and expenses in connection with his successful suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1994) for violation of his right to due process and under state law for debt collection by means of abusive and deceptive conduct.
