In an action based on an oral contract for brokerage commissions plaintiff allegedly earned by procuring a purchaser of the corporate stock the individual defendants owned in defendant corporation, defendants appeal from judgment of $18,497.66 in plaintiff’s favor after trial before the court and a jury.
