CALABRIA, Judge.

*304 Juan Foronte McPhaul ("defendant") appeals from judgments entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of attempted first degree murder; assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury ("AWDWIKISI"); robbery with a dangerous weapon; conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon; and assault inflicting serious bodily injury. After careful review, we *298 conclude that defendant received a fair trial, free from prejudicial error.
