The suit was brought in the District Court of Liberty County by Louis Mayer and Herman Cohen, Trustees, as plaintiffs, and against Henry Goodman, Lena Goodman, Sol Goodman, Minnie Rosenberg and husband, Sam Rosenberg, Abe Goodman, Harry Goodman, J.
