OPINION OF THE COURT

MANSMANN, Circuit Judge.

In this appeal, we are asked to predict whether the Pennsylvania Supreme Court would permit an employee injured in an on-the-job automobile accident to recover from both workers’ compensation as well as from an uninsured motorist plan that his employer voluntarily purchased. The district court held that workers’ compensation was the employee’s exclusive remedy. Shortly after that ruling, the Pennsylvania Superior Court held that state law did not bar an employee’s recovery from both workers’ compensation and an uninsured motorist plan. Because the…
