Claimant obtained an award before the trial judge of the State Industrial Court for injury to his right hand incurred in his employment by the respondent in a pursuit within the purview of the Workmen’s Compensation Law. The award obtained is for 8 & %ths weeks temporary total disability at the rate of $21.33 and for 50 weeks of compensation for permanent partial disability at the rate of $40.00 based upon 25 per cent permanent partial disability to his right hand.
