Plaintiffs Dr. Lenora B. Fulani (“Fulani”), Lenora B. Fulani’s Committee for Fair Elections, and Virginia Sinclair have moved for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction (a) against defendants League of Women Voters Education Fund (the “League”), League of Women Voters for the United States, and League of Women Voters of the City of New York, Inc.
