Plaintiffs have brought suit in this Court, under § 502 of the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1132, and § 302(c) of the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA), 29 U.S.C. § 186(c), requesting the appointment of an umpire to arbitrate a dispute between the trustees of an employee pension trust fund.
