Kapnick, J.), entered May 22, 2006, which, to the extent appealed from as limited by the briefs, denied defendants’ motion to dismiss the third cause of action for quantum meruit and to strike certain allegations as irrelevant and inadmissible, reversed, on the law, without costs, the third cause of action dismissed and the seventeenth and eighteenth paragraphs of the amended complaint struck.
