Former husband appeals from two separate judgments rendered by the Circuit Court of Montgomery County in a domestic relations case. We affirm that part of the decree of May 15, 1978 in Case No. DR 77-459.03, which states that the provisions in an agreement requiring payments of $114 per month by the husband to the wife constitute a part of the property settlement and, as such, are not further modifiable; we reverse that portion of the decree awarding attorney's fees to the wife.
