I concur in the opinion prepared *57by Mr. Justice Goss. I would stop here, but for the question of jurisdiction raised by the respondent. This question, however, is of such tremendous importance and the determination thereof so vital that it seems impossible to give too much consideration thereto, and I therefore desire to add certain reasons, other than those advanced by my brother Goss, in support of the conclusions-reached by him.
