It is claimed on behalf of the appellant that there was not sufficient evidence to warrant the verdict and that the court below erred in its charge and rulings on certain offers of evidence. The first nine of the fourteen assignments relate to the *158charge and answers to points, and may be considered together. No points were presented on behalf of the appellant.
