Aquanaut Diving and Engineering, Inc., d/b/a Diving World appeals the grant of summary judgment to Guitar Center Stores, Inc., on Diving World’s claims for damages for the destruction of a sign left on Guitar Center Stores’ property and the loss of an easement.
