A judge dismissed indictments against three defendants because the Commonwealth declined to disclose information that would have revealed the identity of a con fidential informant on whom a police officer purportedly relied in preparing an affidavit in support of a search warrant. The Commonwealth appeals from the dismissal of those of the indictments which charged the defendants with the commission of certain felonies defined in the Controlled Substances Act (G. L. c. 94C).
