After the trial court granted Munck Wilson Mandala, LLP’s (Munck), motion for partial summary judgment, Munck nonsuited the remainder of its claims against David Schum, and the order granting Munck partial summary judgment became the final judgment of the trial court. In its order, the 193rd Judicial District Court of Dallas County 1 granted Munck’s summary judgment against Schum on its claims for breach of contract and sworn account and awarded damages and attorney fees.
