JON J. CHINEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Motion to Transfer Case filed by Drywall Constructors, Inc., (“Drywall”), a secured creditor, came on for hearing on February 23,1981. At the hearing Peter G. Wheelon, attorney for Drywall, argued in favor of the Motion to transfer these proceedings in this district to the Western District of Washington, and H.
