MEMORANDUM OPINION

BRUCE I. FOX, Bankruptcy Judge:

Before me is the question of whether the debtor’s Second Amended Plan of Reorganization should be confirmed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1129(a). Ten limited partners, acting in concert, have filed objections to confirmation.

The debtor, Orlando Investors, L.P., was formed in August, 1985 as a limited partnership. Its sole asset is a 260 unit apartment complex known as the “Pacesetter Apartments” which is located in Altamonte Springs, Florida, -a suburb of Orlando.
