The defendants, plaintiffs in error, seek to reverse a judgment of the county court of Lake county, approving a contract which has the effect of terminating a trust and directing the trustee to pay over to the parties in interest under a contract the corpus of the trust. The petitioners in the county court were the City and County of Denver, a municipal corporation, the Presbyterian Hospital Association of Colorado, a corporation, Edward D. Nicholson, Ruth B.
