OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Antonio Campbell, appeals from a judgment of conviction entered by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. For the following reasons, we affirm that judgment.

{¶ 2} On the afternoon of April 6, 2007, appellant's girlfriend, Jessica Pace, and her father, Clifford Johnston, drove to a house located at 2835 Berrell Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. A family birthday party had been planned at the house for Clifford's mother, Mamie Ellis.
