MEMORANDUM OPINION ON COMPLAINTS FOR INJUNCTION

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On May 20, 1983, Tenpins Bowling, Ltd., d/b/a Silver Saddle, Key Largo, and Galaxy Lanes (hereinafter Debtor) filed with this Court its petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On May 25,1983, Debtor filed with the Court a “Complaint for Injunction” (Adv.Proc. No. 83-5159). The complaint, as amended, requests that the Court enjoin some eighty-three named employees of Debtor from causing criminal warrants to issue for the arrest of officers, directors, shareholders, or other…
