The petitioner-appellant, Donald Tackett, appeals the Boulder County district court’s denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The district court discharged the writ because the extradition documents substantially charged the petitioner with several crimes in Illinois. On appeal, the petitioner claims that extradition should be denied because the People failed to establish that the petitioner was • the person named in the extradition request, and because the Colorado governor’s warrant was issued without the personal participation of the governor.
