John R. Corona (“Plaintiff’) sought judicial review, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying his claim for disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) and supplemental security income (“SSI”) under Titles II and XVI, respectively, of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 and 1381 et seq.
