Defendant Antonio Segoviano appeals from his convictions for attempted robbery and murder after a jury trial in which an imposter testified as an occurrence witness and the real occurrence witness gave exculpatory testimony.

We address the following issues on appeal: (1) whether defendant’s due process rights were violated by the introduction of false testimony from an imposter witness; and (2) whether the trial court properly denied defendant’s motion to quash arrest and suppress evidence.
