This is an application for letters of administration. Although the matter is entitled “ Estate of helen hahn, Deceased,” who is referred to in the petition as “ decedent,” it is concerned with “ a person alleged to be deceased ” of whose estate full administration is sought (SCPA 1002; formerly Surrogate’s Ct.
