Kellogg v. Keith

Judgment was confessed in the Will county Circuit Court in vacation, after the January term, A. D. 1879, by George J. Monroe, attorney for Harley M. Lyford, in favor of appellants, and against said Lyford for the sum of $4,221.02 and of date of May 10,1879, and execution was issued thereon, and placed in the hands of the sheriff of Will county the same day.
