—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: County

Court did not abuse its discretion in summarily denying defendant’s motion to withdraw the guilty plea (see, People v Robertson, 255 AD2d 968, lv denied 92 NY2d 1053). Contrary to the contention of defendant, he received meaningful representation (see, People v Ford, 86 NY2d 397, 404). (Appeal from Judgment of Ontario County Court, Henry, Jr., J. — Attempted Sodomy, 1st Degree.) Present — Pine, J. P., Lawton, Wisner, Hurlbutt and Balio, JJ.
