Michael Cooper appeals from the trial court’s order denying him custody of his nine-year-old son and modifying his visitation privileges. Finding no error, we affirm.

Viewed favorably to the trial court’s ruling, 1 the evidence shows that Tabitha Coulter and Cooper had a brief relationship that produced one child, L. C. Cooper legitimated L.
