Reversing.
This is an appeal from a judgment sustaining a demurrer to, and dismissing, the petition.
The facts alleged in the petition are these: Margaret Anderson was the owner of certain real estate in Covington, which she leased to Leon Adams at a monthly rental of $175, payable in advance, and reserved in money. On June 13, 1929, the tenant was in arrears for the months of April, May, and June.
