*456 ¶ 1 After a hearing, the respondent, the Board of Education of the City of Chicago (Board) dismissed the petitioner, Dorothy Crawley, from her position as an elementary school teacher. The Board determined that Crawley falsely characterized certain days for which she was absent from work as "sick days" although she was not, in fact, sick.
