11 This proceeding arises out of an application for reinstatement filed by petitioner, Robert E. Clark, an attorney who is currently suspended for the practice of law in Louisiana.

UNDERLYING FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

In In re: Clark, 09-1631 (La.12/1/09), 25 So.3d 728, we suspended petitioner from the practice of law for two years, with credit for time served on interim suspension.
