Appeal from a judgment of the district court for Lancaster county affirming the action of the state board of *827health in revoking defendant’s license to practice medicine, surgery and obstetrics in Nebraska.

1. The state board of health has filed a motion to dismiss this case for want of jurisdiction of the court to review said order in error proceedings. The argument of counsel, although forceful and learned, urges no better reasons in favor of his client’s contention than were presented in Munk v.
