This is a writ of error to the criminal court of Cook county to review the judgment of that court entered on the verdict of a jury finding the plaintiffs in error, Sam Pers and Louis Carzoli, (hereinafter referred to as the defendants,) guilty 'of the crime of burglary. The indictment consisted of three counts. The first and second counts charged the defendants and Plerman Lenobel with committing the crime of burglary of a store owned by A. Pawlan, on March 7, 1935.
