This was an action where the defendant was convicted on five counts for violating R. S. 17-1020. He appeals.

The facts are as follows: Appellant had been for someVears the president and managing officer of the Santa Fe Building and Loan *39Association. He was charged in thirty-seven counts and convicted in five. He was charged with using and disposing of a part of the moneys, property, assets and funds of the association without being authorized to do so.
