This suit was instituted in the Justice’s Court of Precinct Ho. 6 of Stephens County on Hovember 16, 1904, by the appellee against the appellant for the sum of $190, the alleged value of the contents of two trunks charged to have been delivered to and converted by the appellant company. So far as shown by the record, appellee’s claim was exhibited alone by the following written statement, to wit: “Breckenridge, Texas, Hovember 14, 1904.
