Presently before this Court is an adversary proceeding commenced by a complaint dated April 23, 1996 (“Complaint”) filed by Genevieve Wetzel, also known as Genevieve Wetzel Burk (“Plaintiff’), seeking a determination that certain debts owed to the New York State Higher Education Services Corporation (“Defendant”) are dischargeable.
