Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Frank P Geraci, Jr., J.), rendered February 19, 2003. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of attempted robbery in the second degree (two counts), assault in the second degree and attempted grand larceny in the fourth degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
