The superior court of Cook county, after a hearing upon the pleadings and a stipulation of facts, dismissed for want of equity a tax-payer’s bill filed by Augustus S. Peabody against the Forest Preserve District of Cook County, its comptroller and treasurer and the president and members of the board of commissioners of the district, to enjoin the defendants from paying to each of the commissioners the sum of $75 each half month as expenses, and for an accounting and return of such payments as each member had received.
