FACTS
The debtors, Harold Dean and Joy Faye Wallace, filed a proposed plan of reorganization under the provisions of Chapter 11. J.I. Case Credit Corporation (Case Credit) voted to reject the plan. At the confirmation hearing the parties entered into certain stipulations and agreements depending on the outcome of the Court’s decision on whether Case Credit’s claim is secured or unsecured.
