Before the court is plaintiffs “Petition for an Award of Attorney’s Fees and Memorandum in Support Thereof’, as well as the opposition filed by eo-defendant Rafael Martinez. Docket Nos. 125 and 128. For the following reasons the Court GRANTS the petition for attorney’s fees, but reduces the amount requested.
