This is an appeal following denial of appellant's pro se petition for post-conviction relief. The only issue raised is the propriety of the trial court's summary denial of the petition.

Appellant filed his pro se petition on September 14, 1984. The State filed its response to the petition five days later. Appellant filed his pro se traverse on September 24, 1984 and the next day the State filed its supplemental response.
