OPINION

JAMES, Justice.

This is a habeas corpus proceeding. Petitioner J. A. Harwell filed this application for writ of habeas corpus contending that he is being restrained of his liberty by virtue of a writ of attachment issued out of the 53rd District Court of Travis County, Texas, as a result of an order signed by said court holding him in contempt of a previous order. We grant the relief sought and discharge Petitioner from custody.
