The deceased employee, a boy nineteen years of age, made his home with his father, mother, a brother and a sister. On October 8,1920, he received injuries that proved fatal while in the employment of the Beacon Oil Company, *207a subscriber under the workmen’s compensation act. It is not disputed that his injuries arose out of and in the course of his employment. An agreement to pay partial compensation to the father, William P.
