The respondent was admitted to practice as an attorney and counselor at law in the State of New York at a term of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, First Department, April 6, 1914.
The petitioners filed a petition charging respondent with professional misconduct. He appeared and answered. A referee was appointed to take testimony and report the same with his opinion thereon.
