Plaintiff, Allan B. Lewis, special administrator of the estate of Shara B. Lewis, filed a complaint sounding in negligence against defendant, Razzberries, Inc., doing business as Razzberries Lounge, Richard E. Smith and James Karamaniolas. In this alleged wrongful death action, plaintiff’s decedent was shot to death by a patron, Edward Siegelman, in a parking area adjacent to Razzberries.
